liblua50 software package provides Main interpreter library for the Lua 5.0 programming language, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install liblua50
liblua50 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the liblua50 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep liblua50 *
You will get with liblua50 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
